About THH Construction

THH Construction was born when the founders saw a niche in the tenant improvement market. They envisioned a construction firm that would provide work of the highest quality while maintaining a high level of personal service and client communication. They founded THH to fulfill that need in 2015. Since then, they have intentionally kept THH as a small firm so that they can personally oversee every detail of every project and provide the level of service and quality to our clients that they deserve.

THH started out with just two partners looking to provide general contracting services that exceeded expectations every time. Now, a few years later, they have brought on some additional key team members: a top-level tenant improvement superintendent and a highly skilled carpenter who share the founders’ values and goals for the company. In the years ahead, THH plans to grow modestly and slowly while never losing sight of its core values and level of personal service.

Meet The Team

Johnathan McKemy

President / CEO

After starting out as a superintendent and working his way up to senior estimator and project manager with another firm, Johnathan founded THH in 2015. Now, he acts as the firm’s lead project manager and estimator. Johnathan relies on his 14 years’ experience in the industry, coupled with his business degree from Chapman University, to manage every project with care and skill.

Patrick McKemy

Vice President

Patrick is the lead field superintendent and project manager. Patrick has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry as a project manager, general superintendent, and superintendent. His knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched.

Chris Scoonderwoerd

Superintendent

With more than 15 years’ experience in the tenant improvement industry, Chris has all the expertise required to get the job done on time and on budget. As our top superintendent, Chris brings a “get it done” mentality to every project that makes him a favorite with clients.

Godofredo Morales

Carpenter

Godofredo “Fred” is a master carpenter in the framing and drywall field, but he doesn’t stop there; he can do just about anything from t-bar to doors. Whatever needs to get done, Fred takes care of it while maintaining a very clean, safe environment—and always with a big smile.

Andrew Andrade

Superintendent

With 5+ years of experience as a Tenant Improvement Superintendent specializing in Class A Office buildings, Andrew knows what it takes to get complex projects completed when expectations are high, and timelines are tight. Andrew always goes above and beyond and we are lucky to have him on our team.

Luis Ruiz

Carpenter

Luis “Angel” is a framing and drywall specialist with over 10 years’ experience working in commercial construction. His versatility and willingness to learn have made him a valued member of our team.

Tamy Rivas

Office Manager

Tammy has over 20 years experience as a bookkeeping expert in the construction industry. Attention to detail is her specialty. It doesn’t stop with bookkeeping, Tammy keeps the projects moving as she is involved in all aspects from contract to close out.
